First Adult Workshop
Fearless...I'm just fearless...I learn how to paint by trial and error and now I'm holding adult workshops and teaching other women to paint...I really can't help myself, as I approach the big 4-0, I can't help but be who I am and I guess deep down, I must be a teacher..I have no other explanation...anyways it turned out to be an amazing time and I was very happy that these women get why I paint, it's FUN, challenging and relaxing! I had a few last minute cancellations, but that's to be expected with the busy lives we lead BUT I did end up teaching 4 women Friday night. We ended up staying an 1 1/2 hours over the intended time, I'd say that was because we were enjoying each other's company and loving the painting fun...

This is such a wonderful idea. No wonder everyone stayed way past the "official" end of the workshop. Way to go just diving in and going for it!!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so fun and freeing! You must be a natural at teaching, and what your students created shows you were very successful! Congrats! Being a teacher is not easy, in my opinion.
